DEPOSIT

When you make a booking at the Alpina Lech, we kindly ask for a written deposit of approximately 30% of the total price. Once we receive the deposit or charge it to your credit card, the booking becomes binding for both you and us. Any transaction fees are to be covered by you. 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Please let us know if you expect to arrive later than 6 pm on your day of arrival. Otherwise, we reserve the right to re-let the booked room or apartment.

We guarantee that your room or apartment will be ready for you by 4 pm at the latest. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 11 am.

CANCELLATION

Either party may cancel the booking up to three months before the agreed arrival date without any charges. If you cancel after this period and no other written agreement is in place, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount
• up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount
• in the last week before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount. If we are able to re-let the room, you will not incur any cancellation fees. 

Cancellations always involve organizational effort. We appreciate your understanding that we reserve the right to charge an 80 Euro processing fee even outside the free three-month cancellation period.

To protect against unexpected events that prevent you from taking your holiday as planned, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This protects both you and us from financial loss. Click here for more information on travel cancellation insurance.

In the event of an early departure before the end of the agreed period, we will charge for the entire booked stay.

Should unforeseen and extraordinary circumstances, such as road closures or flooding, make it impossible to travel to Lech, you will not be required to pay for your room or apartment. If travel remains impossible for three days, all costs will be waived entirely.

We will only cancel your booking if the room or apartment becomes uninhabitable due to an unforeseen event (such as water damage) or in the event of overbooking. In such cases, we will do our utmost to provide suitable alternative accommodation at no extra cost to you.

LIABILITY GUIDELINES

We are liable for jewelry, cash, or securities kept in the room safe up to an amount of € 550. 

Pets are only allowed at the Alpina Lech with prior agreement. Pet owners are responsible for properly supervising and caring for their pets, and must hold liability insurance (or private liability insurance) to cover any damage caused by the animal.
