PAYMENT

When you make a booking at the Alpina Lech, we take the liberty of requesting a deposit in writing, which amounts to approx. 50% of the offer amount. After receipt of the deposit on our account or a corresponding debit from your credit card, the booking is binding for us and for you. Any costs of a money transaction will be borne by you. 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Please be sure to inform us if you will be arriving later than 6 pm on the day of arrival. Otherwise we are free to rent out the booked room or apartment to someone else.

We undertake to ensure that you can make use of the rooms or apartments offered by 4 p.m. at the latest. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room or apartment by 11 a.m. at the latest.

CANCELLATION

The booking can be canceled by either party up to three months before the agreed arrival date at the latest without incurring any costs. If you cancel our booking agreement at a later date, you will incur the following cancellation fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total offer amount
• up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the total offer amount
• in the last week before the arrival date 100% of the total offer amount. In the event of re-letting, there are no cancellation costs for you. 

Cancellations are always associated with an organizational effort. We ask for your understanding that we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of EUR 80, even outside the free cancellation period of three months.

For unforeseen events that prevent you from being able to go on your vacation as planned, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This will protect you and us from financial burdens and cancellations. You can find detailed information here. 

In the event of early departure before the end of the agreed period, we will charge for the entire services in accordance with the agreed booking.

If unforeseeable, exceptional circumstances such as road closures, flooding etc. make it impossible for you to travel to Lech, you are not obliged to pay for the room or apartment. If it is not possible for you to arrive within three days, you will not be liable for any costs.

We will only cancel a booking if the room or apartment would have become unusable (an unforeseeable event such as water damage or similar) or if there is an overbooking. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide adequate alternative accommodation. Any additional expenses for the replacement accommodation in such cases will of course be borne by us.

LIABILITY GUIDELINES

We are only liable up to an amount of € 550 for jewelry, money or securities that are stored in the room safe and are stolen from there. 

Animals may only be brought into the Alpina Lech with our prior consent. Pet owners undertake to keep and supervise their pets properly and to have pet liability insurance or private liability insurance for any damage caused by their own pet.
