The Omeshorn apartment is located in the newly built wooden house, right next to the main Alpina building. Spread over 40 m², it offers everything you need for a private holiday in Lech at the highest level, ideal for two people or a small family with a child. The apartment features its own cosy living area with a conservatory, a small kitchenette with a dining area, a bedroom, and a shower with WC.

The quoted rates are per room and night. They do not include the local tourist tax of € 5.09 per person and night. Children under 15 stay free.
Included in the price are our delicious breakfast, the afternoon snack from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, use of our spa, and free parking right by the hotel.
When you book a stay at the Alpina Lech, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Once we receive your deposit, the booking is confirmed for both you and us. Any bank transfer fees are your responsibility.
Your room will be ready by 4:00 PM at the latest on your day of arrival. If it is ready earlier, you are welcome to move in right away and make yourself comfortable. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM so we can arrange key collection.
On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest.
A complimentary parking space directly at the hotel is available to you throughout your stay. On your arrival or departure day, full-day parking may be limited – please contact us in advance! As a special service, we will clear the snow from your car on the day of your departure.
Dogs and other pets are welcome if they are well-behaved. Please understand that you cannot bring your furry friend into the lounge area. Around the Alpina, you will find plenty of walking paths with dog waste bag dispensers.
The pet fee is € 20 per day, and we charge a one-time fee of € 30 for final cleaning. As a dog owner, you should have pet liability insurance or personal liability insurance to cover any potential damages.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
Up to 1 month before arrival, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price applies.
One week before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price as a cancellation fee.
After that, we unfortunately have to charge 90% of the total price as a cancellation fee.
We are liable for jewelry, cash, or securities kept in the room safe up to an amount of € 550.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply (AGBH 2006)
